1. Working principle:

The photoelectric protector consists of five parts: a light emitter, a light receiver, a controller, a signal cable, and a control cable (supporting PNP/NPN output). 

The light emitted by the illuminator is directed towards the receiver, forming a protective light curtain. When the light curtain is obstructed, the light receiver generates a blocking signal, which is transmitted to the controller through a signal cable. The controller processes this signal to generate a control signal, which controls the machine's braking control circuit or other equipment's alarm device, achieving machine shutdown or safety alarm.

2. Suitable for photoelectric protector model:

MC series safety light curtain:

Optical axis distance: 20mm, 40mm

Protection height: (number of optical axes -1) * optical axis distance

Suitable for protection areas with a length of 400-3500mm.

S4 series safety light curtain:

Fixed, floating shielding and other functions

Resolution 14mm, 21mm, 36mm

Optical axis spacing 7.5mm, 15mm, 30mm

Protection height: (number of optical axes -1) * optical axis distance

Suitable for protected areas with a length of 0-6 meters or less.

SNA series safety light curtain:

Optical wheelbase: 20mm, 30mm, 40mm

Protection height: (number of optical axes -1) * optical axis distance

Suitable for protected areas with a length of 0-3 meters or less.

SNB/C/D series safety light curtain:

Optical wheelbase: 20mm, 30mm, 40mm

Protection height: (number of optical axes -1) * optical axis distance

Suitable for protected areas with a length of 0-8 meters or less.

STD series light safety light curtain:

Optical axis distance: 20mm, 40mm

Protection height: (number of optical axes -1) * optical axis distance

Suitable for protected areas with a length of 0-15 meters or less.
